the French-English side, and entries are continually being
converted to this standard format.

When you look up an English word, you will be given a list of the French entries in which a possible
translation occurs. In this example, we have looked up the English word badge. The Main Translations
section lists words that are usually direct translations of badge. It is good practice to
check each one to make sure it is the appropriate translation in our context. After the direct translations
come other words which are potential translations in more restricted circumstances.
Here we click on one of the proposed translations to check if it fits our context. We click on
médaille to bring up the corresponding entry from the French-English dictionary.
As illustrated, we see from the entry that médaille would be an appropriate
translation in the context of an employee's badge.
